The Philadelphia IFT Suppliers’ Expo is being held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at the Live!Casino-Hotel, 900 Packer Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19148

DIRECTIONS: From Packer Ave., turn onto Darien St.; the garage will be after the main entrance to the right. Once in the garage, you can park on floor 3 or 4, and stay to the right side of the garage when parking (if facing the building). You will then enter through the elevator bank that indicates you’re on the hotel side/Darien St. elevators. Once inside the building, take the elevator down to Floor 2 (Event Center). There are stairs or a ramp that leads into Market Ballroom. Exhibitors: There will be limited hotel carts and dollies available to bring your materials to your table. Parking Pass to Show Attendant

If you have material to be shipped, your materials will be delivered directly to your table. Should they not be there when you arrive, please come see us at the Exhibitor Help Desk.
Please remember to bring completed prepaid Fed Ex or UPS forms for return shipment. If your material is ready to be picked up, simply bring it to the Philadelphia IFT Registration Area after the expo. We will make arrangements to have UPS and FED EX pick up your material the morning after.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: If cancellation is received in writing prior to August 17, 2023, registration fee less $100 handling charge will be refunded. No refunds will be given for any
cancellation request if received after August 17, 2023.
We are asking that you use your judgment regarding samples. Depending on your item/beverage, it will not need to be individually wrapped or sealed, but that you use healthy and safe measures.
