Dr. Gary Pavlis will discuss unique wine varieties and how these can be paired with our dinner menu. We will have a 3-course dinner and each course will be paired with wines of his choice.

Speaker Info:

Dr. Pavlis is a professor and agricultural agent at Rutgers University. This allows him to work with his number one passion, wine. He has served nationally on the board of directors of the American Wine Society and was president in 1998.  

Dr. Pavlis is a frequent media spokesperson, educating the public on the intricacies of grape growing in New Jersey or touting the benefits of drinking wine. Additionally, he has chaired and conducted the NJ and PA Wine Competition for many years. Dr. Pavlis’ worldwide travels have him evaluating over 2,000 wines annually. At home he enjoys his 3,000 bottle personal wine cellar.
